Our specially designed double hand-railed steps allow easy access for people that have limited strength or mobility, and cannot use the lane pool ladders.
This can be positioned and operated by staff to allow access to both the spa and lane pool. The aquatic wheelchair is designed to get wet. We can help you get from pool to pool or you can use it with a support person to get into the gradual entry leisure pool.
The gradual entry is easily navigated when walking or can be accessed with the aquatic wheelchair. Its deepest area is 1.5 metres, to allow for low impact exercise in the water. The lazy river provides constant resistance and the whole pool is heated to 30°C.
We have an easy access changing room which is close to poolside and has a shower seat and adult-sized changing station. Just ask our friendly reception staff upon arrival for entry to this space.
