Yes – we have taken every step to keep you safe, including providing distancing, limiting numbers, providing sanitising stations and regularly cleaning all our areas.

What extra training have the staff done to keep us safe?

Our staff have been fully trained to keep our area sanitised to make sure the environment is kept virus free.

Why is there a screen at reception?

This is to keep our staff and you safe from potential transmission of viruses the screen protects us from any accidental coughs or sneezes

Why are you asking us not to use cash?

To keep everyone as safe as possible we are utilising paywave wherever possible. However, we can still take ordinary Eftpos payments. If necessary, we will have one till open for cash transactions.

Why are there in and out queues?

These are to help everyone keep up the recommended social distances.

Why do I have to sign in?

This is our way to create contact tracing should we need to get hold of you if there was a suspected case of Covid-19. Your information will be kept completely confidential unless requested by the Ministry of Health.

What happens if I refuse?

Unfortunately if you refuse to give us your details, we will not be able to admit you to the building.

Why is there a limit to how many people can be in the pool?

This is in line with the national restrictions outlined for Alert Level 2 of Covid-19

Why do I have to pay?
